It's finally over. ...the workload for this week. 4 out of my 5 classes is just jam packed with soo much stuff. My fifth class, however, is such a breeze. All I have to do is sit there on the computer and the professor just makes us look up and pay attention once or twice every half hour. My mom and I made some salmon cutlets this morning for her company potluck lunch thing. We love these cutlets and I thought I'd share the recipe :) This recipe yields about 50 cutlets. My ecology group and I are working on this pretty complicated project in which we test soil before and a few times after it is burned to test the nutrients and plant growth. It's a fun project and as with any research project, we're definitely learning a lot through trial and error. LOTS of trial and error. Spent the majority of my Saturday at the park - burning soil samples and cooking them
